Programs contains info about each program an organization is running (ex: AI Safety Fundamentals) as well as their sections (ex: AI Safety Fundamentals Section 1 β€” Gatlen Culp) and their meeting curriculum (ex: AI Safety Fundamentals Meeting 1,2, and 3).

This table is mostly self explanatory.

Each record in the curriculum is known as a β€œmeeting” which can be thought of as a collection of readings. Note that these meetings don’t refer to a particular date since multiple sections may discuss the material at different times in different locations.

To create a new meeting, you can click the plus button in the bottom right. Or, to save time, duplicate a meeting from a previous program and change the necessary fields.
